Mark Cuschieri (Chairman)
Mark has worked in the corporate travel industry for 25+ years and has held roles as a Travel Buyer and Supplier. He joined UBS in 2007 and is responsible for the overall strategic management of the global travel programme in over 50 countries. Mark has a thorough understanding of corporate travel & expense management.
Jon is a highly-experienced travel procurement consultant working with both buyers and suppliers, and as a speaker and moderator. Jon is a board director of ITM (Institute of Travel Management) and also sits on the GBTA Europe Hotels committee. Jon has a BA(Hons) Business Studies, is a keen golfer and enjoys watching most sports.
Scott joined ITM in 2017 and has 18 years’ experience in business travel, holding senior positions across sectors including TMC, airline and technology. He is passionate about what he does and has spoken at many industry events sharing his insights and experience. Although new to the role of ITM CEO, he spent two years as a voluntary board director.
Vanessa operates a travel, events and procurement consultancy that delivers across a range of services, bridging the gap between clients, intermediaries and suppliers. Her career spans 28 years in business travel and events, working across buyer, intermediary and supplier roles. She is a member of CIPS and ITM.
Will has worked in the travel industry for more than 30 years in a variety of roles at airlines, GDS and corporates. He’s been the outsourced travel manager at PwC UK since 2004 and a board director at the ITM since 2013. Like many buyers, he’s working on getting much closer to his travellers to understand their concerns.
With over two decades of experience in the travel industry Barbara has established herself as one of its key figures. Alongside her role on the Board at the Institute of Travel and Tourism, Barbara occupies the position of Director at both C&M Travel Recruitment and C&M Executive Recruitment with her work being instrumental to the company’s success.
Audrey has been in the travel industry for over 30 years and has been in her current role as Corporate Travel Manager with Baillie Gifford for seven years. Audrey manages an internal travel team and is responsible for all supplier negotiations and relationships. Previous roles were in leisure travel, hotels, airline and tour operation.
Adrian joined the GTMC as Chief executive in September 2017 and has over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry. Adrian was most recently Director of Product and Marketing for Clarity following the merger with Portman in 2016. Adrian’s experience also spans many years in the airline sector, Etihad and bmi (British Midland)
Nikki is an independent consultant specialising in corporate business travel with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She recently joined Synamedia as Global Travel Manager and is an active participant within advisory boards such as ITM Industry Affairs Group and GTMC Corporate Travel Buyers Board. Nikki was awarded the ITM Multi-National Travel Manager of the year award in 2017.
Scott has been in the industry for 4 years with a Marketing Director role for Corporate Travel Management (CTM) starting in 2015 and currently Head of Global Marketing for FCM Travel Solutions. Scott was the winner of the Rising Star category of the Business Travel People Awards 2018 and joins us this year as a judge to find our new Rising Star.
Louise has worked in the travel industry for more than 25 years in a variety of roles at airlines and TMC’s. Louise is currently the Corporate Sales Business Development Manager at Virgin Atlantic and is passionate about developing a best in class account management team who are highly regarded as trusted business partners within the Business Travel sector.
Julia Lo Bue-Said
Julia was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in April 2018 having originally been appointed as Managing Director of the Advantage Travel Centres group in July 2013. Julia has responsibility for developing the strategy for the company and day-to-day running of the business. Currently an ITT board director, Julia previously worked for WH Smith Travel, Balkan Holidays and The Best Travel Group before joining Advantage in 1995.
Chris has worked in the corporate travel industry for 35 years. For the past 11 years he has worked for MSD where he is currently the Director for Global Travel Strategy and has responsibility for a Program spanning over 70 Countries. Prior to this he spent 24 years with a major TMC holding a variety of roles in both Operations and Account Management.
